Important Dates
* Monday, April 27, 2026 — Chamber members in good standing may begin applying
* Monday, May 11, 2026 — If funds remain after this date, non-members become eligible to apply
* Friday, July 31, 2026 — Reserved funds remain committed through this date so long as the applicant follows program requirements
* Monday, August 31, 2026 — All approved projects must be completed by this date unless the Chamber grants a written extension
* Tuesday, September 15, 2026 — Final reimbursement documents must be submitted no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2026, unless a different written deadline is issued by the Chamber.
Program Overview
The Exterior Improvement Grant Program is designed to encourage visible exterior improvements that enhance the look and feel of our business community.
Chamber members in good standing may apply beginning Monday, April 27, 2026. If funds remain after Monday, May 11, 2026, non-members will become eligible to apply.
Applicants are encouraged to review the program guidelines carefully and apply early, as reserved funds reduce the amount available to other applicants.
Apply for the Program
Complete the online application to be considered for the Exterior Improvement Grant Program. Upload budget, bids, quotes, before photos, and other requested documents. Chamber members in good standing may apply starting Monday, April 27, 2026. If funds remain after Monday, May 11, 2026, non-members will be eligible to apply.
Submit Final Reimbursement Documents
Submit final documentation for reimbursement under the Exterior Improvement Grant Program. Final reimbursement documents must be submitted no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2026, unless a different written deadline is issued by the Chamber.
